Since 2005, Small Sums has been dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of it successfully enter and stay in the workforce. Each year, we equip over 1,000 workers with essential job-starting tools, including work gear, boots, and transit passes, ensuring they are prepared and able to keep their new positions. Our support goes beyond material assistance; we provide personalized services through programs like "Dressed & Ready," "Tools for the Job," and "Keep the Job," each designed to meet specific needs that help clients overcome barriers to stable employment.
