Every quarter, Small Sums hosts a Community Day where workers can access additional tools needed to elevate their wages and increase long-term economic and housing stability. Volunteer opportunities include cutting hair, taking professional headshots, assisting with resume writing, providing interview preparation, and registering workers on LinkedIn.
