Dugan is setting goals and accomplishing them! “It’s okay that I’ve made mistakes; life isn’t over, and I can still be successful,” Dugan tells himself when he starts to feel discouraged. 

His biggest goals include securing full time employment and finding his own place to live. Dugan comes from a CNA background, and though he’s never done this type of work before, he is excited for his new job as a Navigation Coordinator.

Currently living at a recovery residence, Dugan plans to stay there for a few more months while he gets back on his feet. “My biggest challenges,” he told us, “are getting healthy, creating a routine, and getting organized.”

Dugan wants to be an example to the people around him as he moves forward. When asked what keeps him motivated, he exclaimed, “I want to be able to represent my family well.”

We outfitted Dugan with everything he needs to start his new role as a Navigation Coordinator including dress pants, dress shirts, dress shoes and a bus pass to get him to and from work.
